Founder and Managing Director
A visionary civil engineer with more than three decades of hands-on experience, Mr. Manoj Navandar is the driving force behind Arujaas Telman. His career spans government departments, Indian Railways (Central Railway Mumbai Division), and large-scale public and private projects.
His philosophy is simple: Smart design + best quality = great business for our clients.
Under his leadership, the firm has:
- Completed landmark consultancy-driven eco-development projects worth ₹310+ Crore for pilgrim and tourist destinations (Brahmagiri, Gangadwar, Trimbakeshwar, and Mangi Tungi Giri).
- Executed multiple high-profile turnkey interior and restoration projects for Collector Offices, Niyojan Bhavans, Bandhkam Bhavans, and PWD Government Rest Houses across Maharashtra.
- Designed and delivered premium private residences, commercial complexes, retail outlets, and industrial projects with innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions.
- Delivered critical consultancy and execution works including the design and construction of the iconic Igatpuri Railway Station in record time with a unique architectural identity.
- Executed the pioneering approach tunnel to mitigate landslides on the running line in the Ghat section — a pilot project that saved crores for Indian Railways and paved the way for similar safety works across all Ghat sections on the Mumbai–Nashik corridor.
